The AI Factor is a management framework designed to equip leaders to implement AI for enterprise‑wide transformation. This 3‑day training prepares faculty to use the framework in their own teaching, integrating AI as a strategic toolkit across business, law, engineering, healthcare, and other disciplines.
With AI tools multiplying rapidly, the challenge is not access but where to implement AI, how to prioritize use cases, and how to align AI with organizational strategy. Capstone: Each faculty group presents a completed course or module plan incorporating The AI Factor, ready for approval and implementation in Spring 2026.

Position AI as a managerial toolkit for strategy and execution rather than a coding course.
